Job Description: Property Finance Administrator Our Salisbury based client, who is a market leader in the financial services sector, is currently looking for an Administrator to work within their small Property Finance team. Work within the team is varied; the successful applicant would be involved in changes in the ownership share of properties and the associated borrowing and transactions. This would include: * Preparing property buy-out calculations * Calculating, setting up and maintaining standing orders * Agreeing to distributions for other investments and scheme payments * Liaising with property managers regarding rent arrears Candidates should have general administration experience and ideally have some accountancy and/or property management experience coupled with excellent numerical ability and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
