Job Description: This is a newly confirmed position The Company: One of the largest independent chartered accountancy practices in the South East. They have clients across all industries ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups, charities to listed companies. The Role: There are three Audit Senior posts available across three offices, Horsham, Chichester and Worthing. Each office has between 40 and 60 staff depending on the site and the audits teams are fairly small, mostly integrated in to a wider accounts and audit team. They endeavour to provide a range of work to those who are training. This role however is predominantly audit based and will involve planning, leading and reviewing the audit assignments in conjunction with the Audit Managers. The Candidate: You will need to be qualified (probably recently qualified) with the ACA or ACCA and the bulk of your recent experience should be audit related (preferably for a mixed portfolio). You?ll need to be either supervising a small number of trainee?s and semi seniors or be looking to "step-up" in to that role. In return: They offer a good basic salary, in-house and external training, CPD and due to their size, can (wherever possible) offer opportunities to progress and develop throughout the firm up to and including Partnership in the long-term.
