Job Description: Indpendent Financial Advisor All Clients and Leads Supplied Basic £30,000 - £45,000 plus superb benefits package and bonus The Job Applicant skills, knowledge and experience: Have a suitable business qualification which satisfies the demands of the job (leading towards the Diploma in Financial Planning) Diploma preferred or one or two exams away Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in a client facing role Be able to show evidence of rapport building ability and commercial awareness It is desirable that the successful applicant will already have the Diploma in Financial Planning Have a track record of success in a client servicing role and new business production, including meeting challenging sales targets Have basic IT capability, including a functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of computer applications The Job: Develop new client opportunities and service a panel of existing clients profitably and in a manner which is compatible with the coming RDR business environment and the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.
