Job Description: This world leading R&D / Manufacturing organisation has a superb opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the Finance Team at their offices in Oxfordshire. The ideal Financial Controller will be ACCA/CIMA qualified, although candidates who are sitting their final exams in Dec and have had first time passes in all exams to date will be considered. The successful candidate will need to have had experience within in a medium to large sized company within the private sector and will need to prove that they have the ability and drive to develop their team. This is a new role inside the organisation and gives the successful candidate an opportunity to place their individual stamp on the position. You will be seeking a move away from the number crunching and looking to go into a more strategic, role supporting, management decision making area.
