Job Description: Our Client, with a growing Claims Department, is looking to recruit an additional Senior Claims Negotiator into their team. The Senior Claims Negotiator will deliver a high quality claims service to clients whilst handling referrals from other team members. The role will include direct communication with the Insured, managing the relationship with policyholder, assessing the size of the claim, its potential severity and dealing with same in a proactive manner. Key responsibilities To handle claims in a proactive manner within set service levels. To negotiate and settle claims fairly and promptly. To assist and guide other team members on claims matters. To build effective working relationships when handling claims. Key requirements A minimum of two years experience in handling claims preferably commercial property. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and by telephone
