Job Description: A Large organisation in London are looking for a IT Deployment Communications Specialist to join their large dynamic team. As a communications specialist you will:*Develop and execute communication strategies and tactical plans in support of IT and business sponsored implementations of our IT infrastructure, technologies and desktop tools. This includes identifying appropriate message content, structure, appropriate format and channel. *Act as lead writer to produce a variety of communications for different channels and end-user support collateral. *Build effective relationships and trusted advisor status with the IT deployment leadership team and business stakeholder communities. The right IT Deployment Communications Specialist Must have:*Excellent written and verbal communication and consultative skills. *Extensive experience in a communications role for a global organization and/or complex service organization. *Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.) *Ability to work independently on multiple projects at the same time, in a complex change management environment. *Sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and decision-making ability with the requisite skills to negotiate, persuade and influence others. *Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills. *Knowledge and understanding of technology and its impact on our end users community. *Experience working effectively in a cross-cultural, cross-time zone environment for multiple stakeholders and audiences with ability to establish appropriate virtual presence. *A willingness to travel as the job requires.Ideally you will be Degree Educated however excellent communication and presentation skills are a must!
