Job Description: Head of Business Analysis/ Business Architect is required by a large company to manage and lead a team of Business Analysts responsible for business and process analysis, requirements analysis and systems design across all of the company's IT systems. You will be responsible for: leadership of a team of Business Analysts directing and setting the strategy for business analysis activities across the whole organisation, making sure the strategy is alligned with business vision of the organisation providing solution driven advisory and consultancy on business architecture for external and internal clients creating high level estimation of business changes and providing documentation for new initiatives Required experience: excellent business analysis skills - process modelling, requirements documentation, solutions definition, issue and risk management business architecture experience broad modelling experience ideally including BPMN business transformation experience structured project methodology experience Agile/Scrum development model experience software engineering background will be beneficial Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation with a clear growth strategy.
