Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a major tour operator based in Stockport, South Manchester. We are looking for 3 reservations consultants to work from the modern UK Call Centre (Part time will be considered). This is an excellent opportunity for existing travel consultants to work for a major business or for non-travel sales staff to step into the travel industry.
The Travel Consultant Role
- Working in the reservations department, you will be promoting a worldwide product to travel agents and the direct public.
- Promoted ancillary products on each call, such as insurance and airport hotels.
- Offer the best possible customer service to each customer
The Travel Consultant Skills
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell
- Experience working towards and exceeding targets (evidence may be required)
- Travel industry experience desired, but not essential
- Good worldwide knowledge is desired
