Job Description
Hotel and country club set on the outskirts of Swindon in the heart of wiltshires countryside require a dynamic new bar and restaurant manager to join their team.
The hotel boasts 50 bedrooms whilst the complex consists of an a la carte restaurant, which also caters for breakfasts, lunches and bar snacks. A number of function rooms are available for private hire. There is also a golf and health club within the grounds.
As well as being responsible for the smooth running of the bar and dining facilities other duties will include stock taking, ordering, rota’s, staff management and training. Also you will be involved in the promotion and sales of the conference facilities.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
You will need a ‘hands on’ approach along with the drive and determination to progress the business. You will be an experienced manager preferably with a background in 4 or 5* hotels. You will have strong management skills and a good attitude.
