Area Sales Manager + £25k-£30k Basic + Commission + Fully Expensed Company Car + Pension + Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + North West + Packaging Materials
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's subsidiary of the world's largest manufacturer of paper packaging materials. This is an Area Sales Managers role covering the North West of England. It is predominately an Account Managers role (75%) but you will still have the opportunity to develop new business (25%) Your route to market is direct to manufacturing and to end users. This is a very autonomous role with a large amount of responsibility and freedom to act.
Having a background within the packaging industry will give you specific market experience, however what is most important is your ability as a professional salesperson. Having a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process will be a distinct advantage. You will be an adaptable individual who has the attributes and experience to maintain and win business. You will have superb communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships and maintain positive rapports. You will be IT literate and have the confidence to perform presentations using power point etc.
My client are the UK's subsidiary of the world's largest manufacturer of paper packaging materials. They supply over 300,000 tons of corboard a year to world markets from its production plants in Europe and North America. They are very well established and have a turnover within the UK in excess of £13.5 million.
