Job Description
This is an opportunity to work for one of travels leading companies based close to Chester. Working as a member of the E- Commerce team you will be responsible for testing various web applications/sites to make sure that they are working correctly before release.
The role includes working as part of the test team reporting to the Test Team Leader to identify any bugs that may be in any of the applications produced by Ecommerce. You will be working as part of an agile development team and will be provided with training where needed.
You will have the ability to use various admin systems to examine the XML returned from suppliers to establish and log where errors may have occurred. A logical mind and an eagerness to see things through would be an advantage.
You will be expected to produce daily reports both written and verbally to the ecommerce team and where necessary to the Product Development Director. The role is ideally suited to a graduate who is looking to progress as a systems tester within an Agile Team.
