Job Description
We require a Housing Allocations Officer to
Main Duties will be to Provide a comprehensive homeless advice service to all customers that apply to the organisation, both on the telephone and face to face.
The role will also involve allocating temporary accommodation.
The role will involve interviewing homelessness aplicants and arranging temporary accomodation for applicants.
Good IT and communication skills essential.
Qualifications/Skills
Required
Ideally candidates should be familiar with IBS software
