Job Description
Abrecco are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a 2nd Line Support Analyst. You will have strong experience with the remote support of predominantly Windows desktop technologies as well as Lotus Notes. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join an IT support team within a large organisation able to offer ongoing support, training, and career progression.
Essential
- Strong remote (phone based) support experience
- Strong experience supporting Lotus Notes
- Strong experience supporting MS Office & bespoke (preferably banking) applications
Desirable
- Financial services/banking knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL
