Job Description
Business Development Manager
Essential Requirements:
• Native American
• 5 years of direct selling or institutional/corporate selling experience
• Proven sales track record
• Capable of independently setting up and scouting for business
Preferred Requirements:
• Lead generation capabilities
• Market research, trend analysis and business forecasting- offline and online
• Previous experience of dealing with educational institutions and libraries
• Previous experience in participating in exhibitions, expos, trade meets, etc.
Job Profile:
• Setting up the Tutorbene business in an assigned region
• Meeting sales targets
• Channel management
• Scouting for business in educational institutions, libraries, book stores
• Identification and exploitation of new business channels
• Reporting to India HQ on periodic - daily, weekly, monthly basis
Qualifications/Skills
Required
3-4 years experience in direct selling
