Job Description
ROLE - Operations Planning Manager -Reporting to Head of Project Management & Planning - based at a client's service centre and requires an individual who can contribute to improving performance both at strategic and operational levels. A strong, effective and experienced “operations planning manager” with the ability manage and develop the performance of Operational teams across the organisation including buildings, grounds, waste maintenance and key projects.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for managing and developing the performance of the teams carrying out the processes related to the planning of all Operations activities, including all buildings, grounds and waste maintenance and special projects.
Co-operation with the Fleet Services Planning Manager to ensure that flexibility of resource across all areas of both sites is maximised.
Co-operation with Director Estates to ensure that all customer demands are properly planned and monitored.
Introduce best practice processes into the Operations planning environment.
Set clear targets.
