Corporate Finance Manager for busy medium sized practice.ACA,ACCA Qualified.Salary DOE. Based in Godalming, Surrey.
Corporate Finance Manager required for a busy 9 partner practice.Qualified ACA,ACCA with 2 to 5 years post qualification experience with a medium/ large firm. You will be involved in management buyouts, fund raising, sale and purchase of businesses and associated due diligence.You must have strong IT skills and sound knowledge of Excel is essential.You will work within a corporate finance team researching and identifying potential purchasers, preparing sales documentation.liaising with tax consultants and undertaking due diligence work.
